Honey oatmeal smoothie with Banana
Ingredients:
½ cup Instant oats
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1 large banana sliced and frozen
½ pinch Foodsbay’s Himalayan Pink Rock
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract
For sweetness use Foodsbay’s light flora honey (Best for breakfast )
Toppings:
1 teaspoons chopped nuts and seeds (almond, walnut, raisins, cashew nuts and mixed seeds)
1 tablespoon Foodsbay’s light flora honey
Recipe:
● Add Instant Oatmeal in milk, stir well. The instant oats are ready to use and are immensely nutritional. Thus if you are in a hurry and craving for a nutritional drink then it's the best bet. In place of regular milk, almond milk or any other nutty milk can be added to increase the taste and make it vegan.
● Add banana, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well until a smooth paste is made. If it is too thick add more milk.
● The instant oatmeal banana smoothie is ready, pour it in your favourite glass and enjoy. Top it with chopped nuts, and drizzle Foodsbay’s light flora honey.
● In the oatmeal smoothie in place of frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, strawberries, kale or spinach can also be put to use.
