Honey oatmeal smoothie with Banana

Ingredients:

½ cup Instant oats

1 and 1/2 cup milk

1 large banana sliced and frozen

½ pinch Foodsbay’s Himalayan Pink Rock

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract

For sweetness use Foodsbay’s light flora honey (Best for breakfast )

 

Toppings:

1 teaspoons chopped nuts and seeds (almond, walnut, raisins, cashew nuts and mixed seeds)

1 tablespoon Foodsbay’s light flora honey

Recipe:

     Add Instant Oatmeal in milk, stir well. The instant oats are ready to use and are immensely nutritional. Thus if you are in a hurry and craving for a nutritional drink then it's the best bet. In place of regular milk, almond milk or any other nutty milk can be added to increase the taste and make it vegan.

     Add banana, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well until a smooth paste is made. If it is too thick add more milk.

     The instant oatmeal banana smoothie is ready, pour it in your favourite glass and enjoy. Top it with chopped nuts, and drizzle Foodsbay’s light flora honey.

     In the oatmeal smoothie in place of frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, strawberries, kale or spinach can also be put to use.
