Recipe of Honey Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup Instant oats
1 cup milk
1 large banana
½ pinch Foodsbay’s Himalayan Pink Rock
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ tablespoon Foodsbay’sLight Flora Honey
3 tablespoon butter divided
½ teaspoon baking powder
Toppings:
1 teaspoons chopped nuts and seeds (almond, walnut, raisins, cashew nuts and mixed seeds)
1 tablespoon Foodsbay’s light flora honey
Fruits like strawberry, blueberry, or apple
Recipe:
● Grind Instant Oat to make it fine powder. Add milk to it and mix well. In place of regular milk, almond milk or any other nutty milk can be added to increase the taste and make it vegan.
● Add pureed Foodsbay’s Light Flora honey, banana, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well until a smooth paste is made. If it is too thick add more milk.
● Take a pan and heat it. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the pan over medium to high heat. Drop batter on the pan and cook till bubbles form and edges are dry. It will take 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side. Place it in a pan and serve hot. Top it with chopped nuts, fruits, and drizzle foodsbay’s light flora honey.
