Recipe of Margherita-pizza

Ingredients:

1 pound store-bought pizza dough

1 large can whole tomatoes

Handful Foodsbay’s basil leaves dried

12 ounces fresh  mozzarella balls

Foodsbay’s Himalayan Pink Rock Salt to taste

Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Sprinkle Red Chilli flakes of Foodsbay to taste.
Serve after sprinkling Pizza Seasoning of Foodsbay

 

Recipe:

     Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Prepare the dough as per instructions.

     Pour the canned tomatoes along with juices in a bowl and crush it to a fine sauce like consistency. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving 1 inch bare around the edges.

     Dry the mozzarella balls on a tissue and tear it in 1 inch balls. Distribute it over the pizza more towards the centre as it will spread towards the sides.

     Bake the pizza until the top crust turns golden, it will take 12 minutes.

     Top pizza generously with fresh Foodsbay’s dried basil leaves, drizzle olive oil in light back and forth manner, red pepper flakes, and Foodsbay’s Himalayan Pink Rock Salt.
